Music in the Meadow is a one-of-a-kind, fall concert series to raise vital operating funds for Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary. This intimate concert event is a wonderful evening held under the stars and among the rolling hills of Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary. Guests bring their own picnic dinner, chairs and coolers and enjoy a great night of music for a great cause!

Event sponsorships, including Series Sponsor, Presenting Sponsor, Artist Sponsor and Supporting Sponsor, are available. Sponsors not only receive prime marketing and community recognition, but also include:

General Information/FAQ's:

Tickets & Parking
- Carload tickets admit one vehicle with up to 6 people in the vehicle. The ticket price covers everyone in your car. We have very limited parking with only room for one parking space for each carload ticket. Everyone entering on your carload ticket must arrive in the same single vehicle.
- The use of ridehailing services is encouraged.
What to Bring
- Please have your printed ticket or digital receipt handy to show at the gate.
- You are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets, low tables, coolers, food, and beverages - both soft and otherwise.
- A blanket or tarp on the grass is highly recommended to avoid chigger and other insect bites. Bring bug spray.
- No open flames. Picnic lighting must be battery-operated.
- Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property.
- As Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary is private property, smoking and firearms are not allowed.
Refunds & Cancellation
- The concert is rain or shine. However, we may postpone a concert to due dangerous weather conditions and a rain date may be announced.
- There are no refunds for events you cannot attend; however you may transfer your ticket to a friend, colleague, or family member by calling us prior to the concert date.
For Everyone's Well-Being
- Please do not attend if you are sick, not feeling well, or were recently exposed to someone with a respiratory illness.
- Restrooms: our outdoor portable toilets each have hand sanitizers inside.
- Insect repellent is strongly recommended
- Please bring extra water. We do not have a communal water fountain.
