Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary seeks a visionary Executive Director to guide the organization into its next phase of growth, following the completion of its first-ever campus master plan. This 300-acre preserve—home to over 2,000 species and 10,000 annual visitors—serves as a sanctuary for nature, learning, and community engagement. The next Executive Director will lead strategic visioning, operational management, and a future capital campaign, while championing environmental education and stewardship. This is a unique opportunity to build on a legacy of conservation and inspire deeper community connections. Ideal candidates will bring strong fundraising experience, nonprofit leadership skills, and a passion for protecting the natural world.
