March 11-15: Exploratopia
Explore an amazing world of wonder outdoors at Owl's Hill. Here, nature is the guide, and it leads us to crayfish in the creek, meeting animal friends, and hiking in the woods.
Ages: 5 -11 (Animal Caretaker Camp ages 12-16.)
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (unless otherwise noted)
Cost: $400 (unless otherwise noted). Includes daily snack, Friday hot dog lunch, and t-shirt.

May 28 - May 31: Animal Olympics (4-Day Camp: $320 | Before Care-$72 | After Care- $108)
This is where species compete daily in the wild to thrive and survive. Different species have adapted different athletic abilities to succeed in their respective environments, from running fast to chasing prey to swimming great distances in search of food and safety. Do you have the skills to compete?
June 3 - 7: Herp, Herp Hurrah! (Session 1)
Encounter the world of native Tennessee turtles, frogs, snakes, lizards and toads. What's the difference? See live animals up close when you meet some of our education Wildlife Ambassadors and explore the woods and creek looking for these unique creatures.
June 10 - 14: Flying Friends
Discover the world of animals that fly. Insects, bats, and birds oh my! Did you know that insects are the largest grouping of animals we have? Bats are the only flying mammal, and you can learn a lot about owls from their pellets. Campers will catch and identify insects and dissect owl pellets to learn more about these fascinating animals.
June 17 - 21: Water World (Session 1)
We are all connected to each other by what we do to our water. Campers make a splash this week as we investigate our ponds and creek identifying aquatic plants and animals. Campers will learn about the importance of clean water and ways they can keep it clean and healthy. Be prepared to get wet!
June 24 - 28: Nature Detective
Who left this footprint? Why do an animal’s teeth look the way they do? Campers will learn to be outdoor sleuths through hands-on activities and nature-based play that explores evidence like tracks and signs, while learning about adaptations that shape animals’ lives.
July 1 - 3: Hike, Play, Learn (3-Day Camp: $240 Before Care - $54 | After Care $81)
Time to hit the trails! Campers will spend three days learning about animals and plants through guided activities, nature-based free play, and hiking adventures exploring the forests, creek and meadows of Owl's Hill.
July 8 - 12: Animal Caretaker (Ages 12-16 9 am - 2 pm | No Before Care or After Care available)
Love animals? This camp is designed for you. Learn about rewarding careers that work with animals including veterinary medicine, animal behavioral training and a visit with a wildlife officer. Daily interactions with our Wildlife Ambassadors.
July 15 - 19: Water World (Session 2)
Due to its popularity, this is a repeat of the June session. We are all connected to each other by what we do to our water. Campers make a splash this week as we investigate our ponds and creek identifying aquatic plants and animals. Campers will learn about the importance of clean water and ways they can keep it clean and healthy. Be prepared to get wet!
July 22 - 26: Wild for Tennessee
Come explore the wildlife of one of the most biodiverse states - Tennessee! More than 2,000 species of plants and animals can be found in the forest, creek, pond and meadow habitats of Owl's Hill. From the Mississippi River to the Appalachians, campers will learn about some of the many animals that call Tennessee home.

Camps are filled on a first-come, first-paid basis. If you are interested in a camp that is “full,” you can opt to be placed on a Waiting List for that camp during registration.
Camp registration is not confirmed until the CampDoc Health Profile and General Information tabs are complete and payment is received in full.
Before Care is available from 8-9am for $90/week per camper.
After Care is available from 3-4:30pm for $135/week per camper.
Pre-registration is required. No refunds. Prices are based on a 5-day week and pro-rated for shorter weeks.
Extended care is not available for our Animal Caretaker Camp.
