Kids Ages 3 to 5 and Parents

Fall: $54 / 6-week series (Adult + Child)
Individual Classes (pre-registered): $10 / Adult + Child; $9 each additional Attendee
Walkups: $12 / Adult + Child; $9 each additional Attendees

Summer Series: June 10, 17; July 15, 22
Fall Series: October 14, 21, 28; November 4, 11, 18
 
Young children, ages 3-5 years old, with an adult will explore the natural world through a series of topics lead by an Owl's Hill Environmental Educator. Each week has a different focus emphasizing working together through discovery, crafts, and outdoor exploration. 

No strollers or unregistered siblings, please. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Fees are per adult/child pair. 

Register for the full 4-week series and receive a 10% discount of individual class price.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for Knee-High Naturalist classes. If you cannot attend, however, you may transfer your registration to a friend, colleague or family member by calling us in advance of the scheduled class at 615-370-4672.
  • CANCELLATION: Classes are rain or shine. We will, however, cancel class if Williamson County is under a severe weather warning issued by the National Weather Service. Participants will be notified of cancellations by email. In the event a program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or a credit for a future class

FOR STUDENT, INSTRUCTOR AND STAFF SAFETY:

  • Please DON'T sign-up if you’re sick, do not feel well or were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19.
  • Please DO practice social distancing while on-site. Maintain at least six feet of separation between you and others.
  • Restrooms. The Visitor Center is currently closed to the public. Our outdoor portable toilets each have hand sanitizers inside and we've added an outside hand washing station. 
  • Face Covering. All visitors (ages 12+) must bring and wear a face covering when unable to maintain social distancing around other visitors and staff.
  • Please bring extra water. We will not have a communal water cooler.
  • Insect repellant and sunscreen is recommended.
