Please check party descriptions for seasonal and daily availablity and age appropriateness of the party that interests your child.
Party dates and times are available on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified promptly by e-mail with the choice/choices still available. If you have chosen the Twilight Party, the time is automatically 6-8 pm. If you are NOT planning on serving dinner the party begins at 6:30. Please put this information in the "Notes" section below.
Your party date will be acknowledged with a Host's package containing additional information. An invoice with the due date for payment is provided in the packet. Please note the due date as failure to send the fee may result in the loss of your preferred date and time. This fee is only refundable in the event of severe weather. If we are notified in advance, we will work with you to reschedule your party should you need to change for other reasons. Cancellations without advance notification are not eligible for rescheduling. Fees cannot be carried over from one program year to the next. For accounting purposes, we consider the program year for parties to run from October 1 to September 30.
