Program Registration

REGISTER NOW

Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

• Most programs are priced per person; some are per family or carload.  Be sure to check program descriptions carefully.
• Tickets will be sold at the gate for the gate price if the event is not full.  Call to check availability
• If a program that interests you is listed as full; you may e-mail or call (615-370-4672) to be put on a waiting list.    There is no fee to be on the waiting list. 
• If you are registering for a Citizen Science Program, or Free the Trees click here.

Refund Policy:

• Registration fees are not refundable unless Owl's Hill cancels the program.
• Reservations for Owling, Howling and Prowling,  Art Workshops and Music in the Meadow cannot be used for another program. 
• Fees for other nature programs may be applied to another event if we are notified in advance. They are good for the program year in which they are paid; for accounting purposes, we define the program year as October through September.
• Submitting your order means you accept our refund policy.

• Deliver your payment to the above address Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.

Except for Summer Camp, programs that include children are NOT DROP-OFF programs; remember to BUY A TICKET/S FOR THE ACCOMPANYING ADULT/S.
