Please check party descriptions for seasonal and daily availablity and age appropriateness of the party that interests your child.
Party dates and times are available on a
first come, first served basis.
- You will be notified promptly by e-mail with the choice/choices still available.
- Weekday parties are normally from 4-6 pm. If you wish another weekday time, request this in the "Notes" section below.
- If you have chosen the Twilight Party, the time is automatically 6-8 pm. If you are NOT planning on serving dinner the party begins at 6:30. Please put this information in the "Notes" section below.
Your party date will be acknowledged with a
Host's package.
- An invoice with the due date for payment is provided in the packet.
- Please note the due date as failure to send the fee may result in the loss of your preferred date and time.
- The fee is only refundable in the event of severe weather, as defined by Owl's Hill.
- If we are notified in advance, we will work with you to reschedule your party should you need to change for other reasons.
- Cancellations without advance notification are not eligible for rescheduling.
- Fees cannot be carried over from one program year to the next. For accounting purposes, we consider the program year for parties to run from October 1 to September 30.
