Eating from the Woods: Summer Pandy English,interpretive naturalist, environmental educator, wildlife biologist and teacher will lead this wild edibles program a follow-on to last year's spring event. You won’t be Euell Gibbons by the end of the class, but you will get a good taste of the wild plants that can be cooked, eaten, drunk and even used for medicinal purposes. Nature's summer bounty, gathered and prepared by English, will be available to inspect and sample. Bring a notepad and pencil or pen, wear comfortable shoes for exploring and dress for the weather.
