Camp Registration

These camps are full:
     Nature Adventure Camp 2
(If you are interested in a camp that is full, you may E-mail us or call 615-370-4672 to be put on a waiting list.  There is no fee for the waiting list.)

TO REGISTER FOR CAMP ONLINE:

• Fill out the form below; click  "Continue" button which will send you to the Confirmation page.
• Carefully read the Confirmation page, then click "Continue" to go to the  "Camp Inventory" page
• Add a camp to your shopping cart
• Check out OR
• Return to Camp Inventory page by clicking "Back" on your browser to register additional camps for the same child.
• If you wish to register another child, return to this page, using the website navigation bar.
• Check out once for all the camps. 
• You will receive an e-mail with an order number after you have completed checkout.  This is your proof of payment.
• Space in camps is assigned on a first come, first served basis by date of payment.

SAFETY INFORMATION FORM:

• Each time you submit the registration form, a Safety Information Form will be automatically  e-mailed to you.
• Fill out one form for each camper for the summer of 2012, sign it and return it promptly to Owl's Hill with proof of camper's age.
• The Safety Information Form requires the signature of a parent/legal guardian.
• Be sure to include your child's allergies or special needs.
• Your child's camp registration is not complete until the Safety Information Form is on file.
• Safety Information Forms and proof of age can be snail-mailed, e-mailed as a scanned copy or faxed.
• If a child is attending more than one camp in 2012, only one Safety Information Form is necessary, unless the information changes between camps. 
• If you encounter problems receiving the e-mailed Safety Information Form,click here to download a copy  or call 615-370-4672 and we will snail-mail a copy to you. 

CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND SESSION CHANGES:

• Camp reservation cancellation or session changes are fully refunded or free of charge through March 31.
• After March 31, there is a 20% fee for cancellations, substitutions, or session changes.
• To receive a refund, you must notify Owl’s Hill at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp session you are canceling or changing.
