2010 Camp Registration 2010

To register your child(ren) for camp on-line:

1.  Fill out the form below.
2. Click the "Continue" button which will send you to the "Camp Inventory" page
3. Add a camp to your shopping cart
4. Check out OR
5. Return to the Inventory page by clicking "Back" on your browser to register additional camps for the same child.
6. If you wish to register another child, return to the Camp Registration page, using the website navigation bar to the left.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 4 (or 5.)
8. Check out once for all the camps.  You will receive an e-mail with an order number after you have completed checkout.
   
   Each time you submit the registration form on this page, a Safety Information Form will be automatically  e-mailed to you. Please fill out one form for each camper for the summer of 2010, sign it and return it to us as soon as possible.  Be sure to include your child's allergies or special needs.  Supplies are purchased and personnel arranged well in advance of the camps; this information helps us provide the best experience for all campers.   We MUST have a signed, current 2010 copy of the Safety Information Form on file BEFORE the beginning of camp for your child to participate.  If a child is attending more than one camp in 2010, only one Safety Information Form is necessary, unless the information changes between camps.  If you encounter problems receiving the e-mailed form, click here to download a copy  or call 615-370-4672 and we will snail-mail a copy to you. 

All camp sizes are limited and space is assigned on a first come, first served basis by date of payment.  However, if you are interested in a camp that is full, you may E-mail us or call 615-370-4672 to be put on a waiting list.  There is no fee for the waiting list.

To receive a refund, you must notify Owl’s Hill of your cancellation or change at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp session you are canceling or changing. After April 1, there is a 20% fee for Screech Owl, NatureRanger and NatureExplorer Camp cancellations, substitutions, or session changes, a $10.00 fee for Tadpole Camp cancellations, substitutions or changes and a $15.00 fee for cancellations, substitutions or changes to all other camps and Parents' Night reservations.
 
There is a  20% fee for cancellations, substitutions or changes to  Exploratopia after February 15.  To receive a refund for Exploratopia, you must notify Owl's Hill of your cancellation or change at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.

If listing two parents, please list information with a slash between.  Example:  Mother / Father

A parent/legal guardian must fill out and sign a Safety Information Form for each camper. You will receive this form by e-mail when you submit this registration. Please fill it out and return it promptly.   Your child cannot begin camp if this form is not on file.  Since it requires the signature of a parent/legal guardian, it cannot be signed by a nanny, other relative or friend dropping the child at camp on the first day NOR can we accept a note saying that another person is allowed to sign for the parent/legal guardian!  In addition, we cannot prepare for your child's needs or be responsible for any special arrangements unless we receive this form at least two weeks before camp begins.

Be advised that we need proof of age for all children registering for camp.  This can be snail- mailed or e-mailed as a scanned copy.  We need to receive this at least two weeks before camp begins.

You will also receive an e-mail with your order number after your payment information has been accepted.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS SECOND E-MAIL, YOUR CHILD IS NOT REGISTERED FOR CAMP!  Either try filling out the information again or call 615-370-4672.
