REQUEST A PARTY
Host your child's birthday party at Owl's Hill! The Sanctuary provides Kid-Approved games, crafts and activities as well as decorations, a gift for the birthday child and a favor for each young guest. You provide food, a birthday child and guests. Select from the Nature Party, the Owl Party, the Pumpkin Party (October only), the Groundhog Party (February only), the Butterfly party (May-September) and the Creepy Crawly Party (May-September). Pleasant weather parties are held in our Russell Gathering Pavilion, "exciting" weather parties may be hosted in the Visitor Center. Our parties are suitable for both boys and girls, ages 4 and older. We will be glad to assist you in choosing an age and season appropriate party for your child. Because Owl's Hill is a nature sanctuary managed for the wildlife that lives here, certain restrictions apply:
· No balloons
· No piñatas
· No infants or children under 4, please. Owl’s Hill personnel cannot take responsibility for these young children while hosting a party.
· Pleasant weather parties are held in our Russell Gathering Pavilion, “exciting” weather parties are hosted in the Visitor Center.
· We have limited refrigerator and freezer space. Please discuss your needs with us in advance
· Portable toilets are located in the orchard and near the Visitor Center.

Our most popular party, the Owl Party includes an owl craft, a guided hike through owl territory, an entertaining and educational owl program and an up-close introduction to the live non-releasable exhibit Owls of Owl's Hill. Offered year round; appropriate for all ages. Cost:

Spring hikes often feature amphibians in the ponds.
The Nature Birthday Party
At the Nature Party, guests enjoy nature-based games and stories and an age appropriate guided seasonal hike. Offered year round; appropriate for all ages. Cost:

The Pumpkin Birthday Party
The Pumpkin Party celebrates Autumn with games, an interpretive nature hike, a seasonal story, and a HAYRIDE. Each child chooses a pumpkin as a party favor. Offered in October; appropriate for all ages. Cost:

Watch the sun set over the pond at an autumn twilight party.
The Twilight Birthday Party
A great adventure for children 5 and over. Bring a picnic dinner for your guest, then attend a short introduction to the sights and sounds of a Middle Tennessee night followed by a guided, interpretive hike. Offered year round; appropriate for children five and over. If you are not serving dinner, the party begins at 6:30. Cost:

Additional guests are $10/each
Several of our public events are very appropriate as a destination for children's birthday parties. Group reservations are welcome, there is no rental fee, no minimum or maximum number of attendees and most events have no age restrictions. Some suggested programs are Boomer's Birthday Bash, Hoots and Hayrides, Owl Day and Groundhog Day. E-mail or call 615-370-4672 for more information.
